THINK POSITIVE AMERICA! – CHANGE FROM THE BOTTOM UP
Major Campaign for Cities and Communities Complements Obama Agenda

New York City, NY – November 12, 2008 - While Americans were waiting decades for this historic time, an all-encompassing grass roots campaign, to change the mindset and face of cities and towns around the country, was in development.  Think Positive America is a powerful mechanism that harmoniously unites individuals, businesses, organizations, institutions and entire communities with proven strategies to reverse stress and negativity, improve health and well being, and boost self-esteem and confidence.
With the country experiencing the worst economic meltdown in almost a century, and the fear of “losing it all” challenging many Americans, the timing for introducing this uplifting campaign could not be better.  Founders David Giller and Helene Abrams believe “We cannot depend on government to fix the enormity of our problems.  Each of us must take responsibility for our own lives.  We can and must, however, join together to support one another in the successful achievement of our goals and dreams.”
As part of its global blueprint for change, Think Positive America has begun introducing its totally interactive “Positive Theme of the Month” program to communities around the country, and on the Internet.  Uniquely designed programs, products and services, accompanied by multi-media projects, are intended to reach everyone with positive messages. Monthly themes appearing on buses and billboards will be a constant reminder to Think Positive.
Based in New York City, the Think Positive America campaign is currently assembling a remarkable team of caring celebrities, philanthropists, spiritual leaders, entrepreneurs, educators, marketing experts and others dedicated to making a difference.  This wisdom coalition will meet regularly to support this project, link positive goals and visions, and share expertise and contacts. Partnerships and sponsorships are also in discussions.
As President-Elect Obama has stated,” Hope has a new face…our moment is now.”  The time has come to create the change Americans are yearning for - a new vision we can all support.  A preliminary website can be viewed at

                   “I'm A PersonTM" Powerful Self-esteem Song
                                 Commands Dignity and Respect

Success of “I’m A PersonTM” Song and Mini-kit
expands to Classrooms, Homes and Communities Nationwide

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE...
New York, NY…November 12, 2007

The powerful messages of the song “I’m A PersonTM,” composed by David Giller, continue to energize classrooms and homes throughout the Country, positively affecting the lives of children, parents and teachers. The song is part of the “I’m A PersonTM” Self-esteem Mini-Kit, a mighty little package containing essential ingredients that foster human dignity…vital to achieving one’s fullest potential.

The “I’m A PersonTM” song and mini-kit has been released nationwide, bringing its important messages to parents and schools. Studies reveal that building self-esteem, starting with young children, can go a long way in addressing many of today’s pressing challenges, such as bullying, risky behavior, huge drop out rates and obesity. Experts agree this positive-reinforcement tool increases children’s creativity and higher achievement, improves relationships, and promotes a healthier understanding of self and others. Thousands of children are singing “I’m an ever-loving, thinking-feeling, peaceful-going, real-live person,” as the rhythms and message of the song ignite the spirit of the dignity and respect that is the right of every person.

According to South Bronx (NY) Elementary School Teacher, Sharon Prichard, who has been teaching for over 40 years, “You can tell a person a million times how special they are, but when they sing the song “I’m A PersonTM,” they feel it in their soul.” Disney Teacher of the Year, Dara Feldman, expresses her enthusiasm, “I truly believe that this song will have a lifelong positive effect on their being and learning!" You can hear the song and what children and parents are saying on the web site www.iamaperson.com.

Recognizing the importance of inspiring the greatest potential in children, “I’m A PersonTM” Project Founders, Helene Abrams and David Giller, are determined to bring this kit to every child across America. They are establishing partnerships with organizations, corporations, foundations and parents groups.

The “I’m A PersonTM” Project is committed to making a difference by providing a broad spectrum of innovative products, inspiring and motivating programs for communities, and new media.  To find out how you, your school, organization or company can get involved,
