POSITIVE FORCES OF THE WORLD UNITE!
UPDATE: 12/12/09 Event
Oh, what a night!
Saturday, December 12, 2009…when some of the most amazing people came
together to celebrate the launch of the “Think Positive World” Campaign…the
night Positive Forces of the World United, indeed, in NYC! Our heartfelt thanks to those who attended!
The
goal of the launch event was to present the scope of a
major project that promises to dramatically impact global communities by
providing public awareness coordinated themes that accelerate positive change
and greater well being. Capacity
building frameworks were introduced informing people how to reduce and manage
daily stress, and enhance self-esteem.
The “Architects for Change” who were present that evening fully
understood the need and significance of this “movement” to accelerate positive
well being on the planet.
The commitment to our interactive community
programs, nationwide, is strengthened by our “Think Positive America” Campaign,
that takes place at the grass roots level with activities, events and training
tools for individuals, schools, business, organizations and municipalities. We are currently working in the northeast area
developing “Think Positive New York,” with discussions taking place in other
regions, as well…a special thank you to the NY Giants for acknowledging the “Think
Positive New York” initiative, to “boost the mindset and wellness of the region.”
Our two focused programs that call for
collaborative and corporate partnerships are the “Think Positive America”
Campaign and the “I’m A Person” Project.
Combined with our efforts to motivate and implement
empowering programs, another component that embraces and expands our messages
is music and multimedia.
We
wish to express our appreciation for your participation, cooperation, and
support in continuing this important work.
“Think Positive America” has many opportunities for
long-term partnerships and collaborations.
Currently, we are seeking corporate funding, matching grants programs, and
grants to support our two central programs.
Funds are needed to disseminate the “I’m A Person” training program to
underserved families and communities.
How
can you be involved?
Let us share our many dreams and gifts for human progress and be the positive
link that reinforces our combined strengths and skills.
Our New Year’s request is for additional
volunteers, grant writers, partners for community programs, larger office
space, web site designers and internet marketing specialists.
Our investment opportunities are all socially
responsible. For those of you who are
looking for the next breakthrough in entertainment, music and product
development, we invite you to contact us.
We are currently aligning ourselves with
accomplished financial advisors and marketing/PR firms. Do you have an interest in community
development, family enrichment, or media arts?
Let’s be creative together…there are
so many ways for you to be connected to this Campaign. Send
us an e-mail outlining your interests and how you can become the positive
link to your family, friends, community, country and the world. We are looking forward to hearing from you.

Dale
Allen, the “Goddess of Ceremony” was awesome, as she opened the evening with her
wonderful song “Someday Isle.” Leah Davis, song stylist extraordinaire, came in
from California to perform a concert of our original songs, “Think Positive
America,” “I’m A Person,” and “Listen to the Sounds.” Two additional songs were
part of the program,
“Magnify the Love” written by Leah and “How Long” by Carlos Anderson.
Founders David Giller and Helene Abrams shared a comprehensive overview of their global vision for
positive change.
There was a special tribute to Sharon Prichard,
outstanding educator of 46 years, for her exceptional work with children. Since 1990, Sharon has been the lead
facilitator of the “I’m A Person” song and program. She was presented with the first “I’m A Person”
Humanitarian Award of Honor. A special thanks to Ryan White for the terrific
job he did shooting and editing a heartwarming video about Sharon, which
brought many to tears.
Regarding
the co-creation of the “Blueprint:” Many participants were interviewed during
the course of the evening, being asked the question: What would you do to make this world a better
place? Others signed the blueprints which
were available throughout the evening.
